Sprints – 7 Half Soccer Pitches

  • Warm up with a jog around the pitch
  • Get your breath back fully
  • Sprint as fast as you can for the half pitch (about 50 metres) – you should be gasping at the end.
  • Walk back, catch your breath completely, you should be completely rested (up to 3 minutes) between runs
  • Aru!
