Do 50 Push Ups in One Session.

These need to be proper pushups, i.e. it is far more important that you keep your body in a straight line from shoulder to heel throughout the entire push up. So, depending on your strength, you’ll either do them against a wall, on your drawer, a table, a chair, on your knees (if you’re doing these, keep your body straight from your knees to your shoulders) or completely on the ground.

You should pick a level at which you can comfortably do about 10.

Remember, at the ‘bottom’ of the push up, your hands should be at your shoulders with your thumb at your nipples. This is really obvious if you’re doing them against a wall if when you’re near the wall your hands are above your head. Big no no!

Another way you’ll notice you’re cheating is if your hips lower down quicker than your chest. The reverse of this is if your butt sticks way up/back while doing them. We’re not parking a bike here people!

Here’s a video of how it should look!
