Part One of the Spartan Summer tour took us to the Northside to visit KO Martial Arts. Some went a little too far, eh Kev!

At the start of the training session, it looked like it could be nasty, as old Dublin rivalries flared up:

Luckily Barry managed to calm us all down and united everyone by their common hatred of ginges. Barry thought some basic, fundamentals from guard which were well received. The class had a couple of new guys to Spartan MMA – Keith & Karl – who only jumped at the chance to get in and give it a go.

We followed up with some Danish Fighting, which was basically MMA groundwork with the end goal being a red face or pink belly!
