Our single biggest aim with any child/teenager we’re fortunate enough to train is that they have a positive experience with us. We always want to provide an environment that people look forward to training, push themselves and feel supported throughout their experience.

Mixed Martial Arts skills: We want to develop as broad as MMA skillset as possible, as efficiently as possible. We aim to develop the child’s submission skills, wrestling, and striking abilities. We aim to do this by providing them with the best drills and instruction. Also, each and every class we look to give every athlete some personal coaching. Drills and matches are recorded so the children can analyse their technique and learn – even when not at training.

Conditioning: We want our athletes to be in the best shape they can be. Using Crossfit principles of training in our warm ups, and extra training in between rounds, our children can enjoy health benefits beyond what you’d get from just training in MMA or any sport. If and when children leave us they have the ability to excel and adapt in any sport they try their hand at.

Confidence: We want to instill unbreakable confidence in our children. We’ve found that it addition to allowing the athletes to achieve success in their development and providing support two things also help. One is to constantly look to break down social anxiety. Goofing around, shouting, not taking ourselves too seriously or anything that gets the children out of the usual teenage self conscious helps them accept themselves and not try too much to conform. Another way we do it is to treat everyone as if they are already confidence. Our faith in our athletes helps them have faith in themselves and their abilities.
