Spartan’s Adam Leahy completed the Dublin City Marathon today in a time of 4 hours, 20 minutes
Adam said the marathon was always something he wanted to accomplish, despite his distaste of long runs (he’d much rather be chokeslamming Paul). Adam also managed to raise over €1000 for charity.

Ciara
Ciara stood very upright against Cilan (Group Winner) in the opening exchange. Cilan was using a double neck tie, which we haven’t trained a defence against. Ciara’s shoot was good, but from too far out. Cilan secured the hooks and got the win.
