Adam progressed to a well deserved yellow belt on Saturday (sorry it’s taken me so long to get to the machine dude!)

Adam came to us a few month’s ago just after the 2007 Nationals, where he saw us putting out the mats. Adam was keen, if a little naive, about Wrestling, and asked us about jumping off the ropes and Stunners.

Over the Summer, Adam has really matured into a dedicated, committed athlete in the Agoge. He’s asking very intelligent questions and applying himself to the best of his ability in every class. Plus, he’s also smiling, which is always a good sign
