Got taken down when he went for the high kick, got underhooks, recovered well to reverse.
Didn’t apply enough top pressure, no shoulder of justice, no blocking of the near hip – [...]
Training will resume as normal tomorrow at 12 noon (11am for the Juniors)
Training on Bank Holiday Monday will be at the slightly earlier time of 7pm (6pm for the juniors)
As an aside, I’ve got everything finally sorted with my computer and broadband, so I’ll start regularly updating the site again.

Owing to the recent arrival of unwelcome guests at the business park, we’ve had to halt classes for Health & Safety reasons.
Hopefully, this will only last a day or two, and we can get back training.
