Great work by John, Lee, and Rob on Friday night. The lads were super calm throughout their warm up and preparations, and responded really well to cornering throughout their matches. Massive props to Adam who has helped corner through the year. Adam’s helps the guys get excited and builds great confidence before they enter the ring. He’s also a nice loud force during the matches – which helps so much!
Lee’s match was unfortunately cut short by a second round knee to the head, but I spoke to the judge’s and saw that he’d won the first round, and in our estimation was winning the second.
