Happy New Year everybody!

Okay, so I know I said I’d get videos out over the holidays and I didn’t. My bad, looking after sick people wasn’t on my agenda either but sometimes you just gotta deal with it.

Training starts back tomorrow (Saturday, Jan 3rd) with the Monkeys/Agoge training at 11am and the Spartans at 12 noon.

Myself and Barry are planning a kid’s/teen’s comp on January 17th in UCD so there’s plenty of motivation for the young athletes straight away. We’ll confirm as soon as it’s definite. January 17th is also UFC 93 in the O2 so that should be a fun night out for the adults.

I’ll have videos up later in the day I promise. They’re currently uploading so that’s why they’re not up now.
