After chatting with Jonesy of Next Generation Ireland we’re going to bring out Chris Brennan for a two hour workshop on Thursday, April 30th. Time is tbd but will probably be 7-9 or 8-10.

The cost of this workshop is €30 and is well worth it. Chris is a genius on the mats and plays a very aggressive submission game. He’s also a great instructor and can break down the techniques for you to make sure you learn them.
