Been a while since I posted (maybe if people would stop hitting me in the eye this wouldn’t happen) but the news is this:

Muay Thai classes starting Tuesday, March 2nd at 8pm. Declan Broderick of Chupasart is the coach. Declan has fought a number of times in the ring, and this class will be suitable for everyone who wants to improve their stand up fighting, from raw beginner to pro fighter. You don’t have to be a member of Spartan MMA to take part in Thai Boxing, in case you’ve any friends who are more interested in stand up. To book your place call Declan on 087-7743804.

Friday morning (12 noon) classes are going to start next week. Don’t know what the format will be at the moment but it’s an extra chance to get some mat time in. I know you college boys will like it. Classes start Friday, March 6th.
