For those of you who are enjoying Mick’s Striking Class on Thursday, he’s suggested to me that you all invest in a pair of hand wraps.
Rather than spend an hour going over how to wrap your hands, here’s a good video. Get the wraps and practice for a bit so we don’t spend unnecessary time wrapping our hands.
